In 1993 the Reka restaurant was founded, a restaurant which in the following difficult years became an oasis for all of those who couldn’t forget the good Belgrade spirit: heartwarming friendship, good times with rock n roll, pop and evergreen music, welcoming guest with a rich menu, and the Belgrade spirit which meant hospitality to anyone with a good soul (and for others), depth, good will, openheartedness…

All of these were nurtured and greatly felt in the way the restaurant operated, while spending time in this restaurant, in one word by the community all together: musicians, restaurant’s staff, guest, and also guest of our guests. The spirit survived, Reka survived all these 16 years.

We have to mention the great musicians and entertainers:  bands La Luna, Balkan Express, Euroexpress, Happy Day, Libra... they are joined by Amarkord, a trio which during the day, on weekends, during lunch, plays romantic music from the 60s and 70s.
